Wow! The library has been a busy place as students K-4 are learning how to use iPads to create, publish, and share work. Kindergartners recently published eBooks based on Bill Martin Jr's story Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? Here is a sample of one of those books:
To see the tales created by other kindergarten classes, click HERE. First and second graders are also using iPads. They've learned about an app called Doodle Buddy which they will be using to illustrate stories they write. Second graders are also starting to create book trailers using an app called Adobe Voice. Third graders are getting ready to use a website called Storybird where they will select pieces of art to help inspire their creative writing. One class has begun publishing their stories.
